How long does the organization setup take?
Deploying a workspace node takes under 5 minutes. You simply register, type in your company name/subdomain, choose your initial settings, and launch.
Can we upload a custom logo for our workspace?
Yes. During initial profile setup or anytime via settings, company owners can upload custom PNG/JPEG logo files.
How does the Referral subscription program credit our accounts?
It is fully automated. When a company registers using your referral link, your account receives 7 days of subscription credit immediately. When they purchase a subscription tier, both of you receive another 7 days of credit.
What happens when a subscription expires?
We run multiple retry billing cycles with a grace period. If payment fails, the workspace access is temporarily locked, but your database is safely kept read-only.
